LOADING A FILE TO THE LIBRARY
You must be a member to upload files to the library.
The file formats you can upload are as follows;
Files: .doc, .docx, .xls, .xlsx, .ppt, .pptx, .odt, .odp, .pdf
Fonts: .ttf, .otf, .wo02, .wo0
You cannot upload password protected files to the library.
The file size you upload should not exceed 25 Megabytes.
After meeting all these conditions, go to the library,
Enter the relevant folder,
Click + File, select and add your file, this processing time may vary.
Upload your books to folders, books loaded outside of folders will be deleted.
It is forbidden to upload files other than books to the library. Be sure to review all our rules.
SET UP GROUP
In order to create a group, at least 10 users, including the administrator to manage the group, must have applications / requests.
It may be requested to form a group via the feedback form by request (provided that the names of the members to be included in the group are specified).
It may be desired to open a group in the Off Topic category in the forum and to name the users who want to establish a group (to prove that the rules of at least 10 people are followed).
The group receiving the approval of the manager is established.
Group cover photo is required.
It should not write 'Group' in the group name.
In-group rules can be created.
You can import / remove the group name from the group member.
Group members can complain about the group admin to the management.
Depending on the method requested when the group is formed, the group can be open to everyone, accepting members upon request, or just by inviting members.
I CAN'T VIEW THE GROUP
If the method requested while establishing a group is a member that is a member with a method or a member with an invitation, you cannot view any other place except for the part about the group.
You can only view public groups even if you are not a participant.
If you are a participant but fail to view a group, be sure not to get a penalty.
If you have not received a penalty and you think the problem is caused by us, report an error in the feedback form.
I CAN'T SHARE ON GALLERY AND AG TV
If you are not a member of the media design team on Academic Planet, you cannot share on Gallery and AG TV.
If you are in the media design team but still have a problem, contact the management.
